Q - What is Kits 4 Disaster Survival and how can they help me prepare for an emergency or disaster?
A- Kits 4Disaster Survival.com is a supplier of
leading emergency and disaster preparedness kits for home, school, and
office. We have pre assembled 72 hour kits and additional
supplies that you can shop for at our internet site and have the
products delivered directly to your home.

Q – Why do I see references to 72 hours when talking about disaster preparedness kits?
A- In the event of a major emergency, local officials will be lending
aid where it is needed most. It is recommended that everyone keep
at least 72 hours of emergency items on hand until local authorities
can begin to help the general public.

Q – Why can’t I just build my own kit?
A- You can; however, it is important to outfit your
kit with food and water with a minimum 5 year shelf life. These
products are available from our suppliers. Also, it is many times
more cost effective to purchase a disaster preparedness kit than to try
and find these items at various stores in your neighborhood.
Often, customers buy a base kit and add supplemental items, such as
books / games, stoves, camping tents, etc. to their emergency supplies.

Q – When I order a kit and supplies, how long does it take to receive the items?
A- Typically, items ship within 24-48 hours and
ship UPS Ground from our distribution centers in Southern California
and are delivered directly to your door.

Q – What forms of payment to you take?
A- We offer a variety of payment options including Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Google Checkout.

Q – What if I don’t feel comfortable ordering over the internet?
A- Give us a call at our toll free number, 888-510-0678, and we’ll be
happy to take your order over the phone. Also, if you don’t feel
comfortable with a credit card transaction, we can also accept
cashier’s checks, money orders. Personal checks are accepted and
orders will be processed once cleared.

Q – What if I want to buy a large quantity of items for a group or large family?
A- We are more than happy to offer group discounts and can help suggest
items that would make for a good group emergency essentials
package. We have experience in supplying businesses, schools, and
many government agencies.
