In 2002, Mimi Gallery® opened their doors in the Bay Area as Mimi Home
Solutions®, selling custom window coverings to new homeowners.
The Bay Area already had several other window-covering dealers and Mimi
faced a huge challenge entering a market that was already saturated.
In order to compete in the already saturated Bay Area market, Mimi knew
that they would have to set themselves apart from their
